Whether you just want to drop in and spend some time on our treadmills or exercise bikes, are interested in taking a classes, want to spend some time swimming laps, or are looking for one-on-one personal training, Woodloch Springs Sports Complex will meet your needs. Open 6 am – 9 pm, 7 days a week.
Additionally, the Starfish Swim School is a wonderful, safe and effective swim program for both children and adults.
