Sage Sessions presents "Working at Play," a talk by Sullivan County Historian John Conway on the evolution of the county’s resort industry. The event will take place on Thursday, April 3, from 1:30–3:30 PM at DVAA’s Krause Hall. Conway will explore how Sullivan County’s resort industry developed from modest beginnings into a world-renowned destination, influenced by the region’s fresh air, pure water, and the expansion of the railroad. A complimentary lunch by The Noble Pot will be provided. This event is free and open to anyone 60+ in Tusten and beyond—no registration required.
